Appliance Package

Some of my inspections include a free appliance package. See your email report to determine if your inspection includes a free appliance package. Depending on the type of inspection you or your Realtor ordered, when you close escrow on your property, contact me to request my free appliance package.

My free appliance package is only available for properties that have closed escrow for the Client for whom the inspection was done. It has pictures of the appliances, as well as manufacturers’ names, model numbers, and serial numbers, and pages for information on new or additional appliances and equipment. There are safety and maintenance tips concerning those appliances, and you can record service or maintenance data and information in it. There also are extra pages for recording information about new appliances that you buy.

The free appliance package does not include personal property (refrigerators, washers, dryers, etc.) and non-standard systems (water modification systems, central cleaning systems, etc.), but it does have extra pages so that you can enter the appropriate information about those.

If your inspection did not include a free appliance package, you can still order one. If you provide the pictures and the information, the cost is $49. I can return to the property to take pictures and record information, but I charge a minimum of $99 for that service and the appliance package.
