Schedule a property inspection from Upscale Home Inspections immediately after signing purchase agreement with a seller. Most real estate purchase agreements have a clause making the purchase contingent on a home inspection.Once the inspection is complete and approved, the contingency is removed and the parties move forward with the sale of the home.

Condo / Townhouse Inspection:
The Upscale Home Inspections Condo / Townhouse Inspection is a condensed version of the basic or standard home inspection report. Most condo / townhouse homeowners associations are responsible for the "common areas". Upscale Home Inspections will pay particular attention to the interior portion of the building, saving you time and money! A report will include a summary of the significant issues and maintenance items. The fee for this service is less than the standard inspection report.

Follow-up Inspections

I encourage you to attend the inspection. All significant findings are reviewed with you following the inspection followed with a professionally-prepared written report. Few homes are in perfect condition. Most will need some maintenance over time. Plenty of options exist to address all kinds of maintenance issues. You know your budget and expectations best. In fact, you will want to keep future maintenance in mind from the beginning of the home buying process. Train yourself while your “just looking” to pick out things that might require repair or replacement later.
