        WHAT TYPE OF INSPECTION DO YOU NEED?

An Upscale Home Inspector is trained to perform an unbiased, visual home inspection. I assess the home from roof to foundation to identify safety issues and describe the current conditions on the property. I will walk you step-by-step through significant findings. Within 24 hours of the home inspection, you will receive an email with an link to an easy to read thorough report that you can download for your records. This will assist you in purchase negotiations, warranty repairs or when making future maintenance decisions.

You are encouraged to allow time to attend at least the final portion of the home inspection. This allows the home inspector to walk through the home with you, pointing out findings and explaining elements of the report. Following is a short description of some of my home inspection services:
